DJI Care Refresh is a service plan that will provide you with peace of mind, covering damage on your DJI product. DJI Care Refresh is valid for 12 months and offers as much as two full replacements at additional charge if accidental damage occurs on your product all over normal use. DJI Care Refresh can also be purchased for any camera that has not been activated or has been activated for not up to 48 hours. This includes an Operator Error, A Signal Interference, A Collision, A Water Damage oder a Drop Damage. Every time you request a replacement, you’ll receive a replacement unit that may be new or identical to new in performance and reliability. The following parts can also be replaced under DJI Care Refresh: aircraft, gimbal, camera and propellers. After making a replacement request, send the part needing replacement to DJI.
